Linking of scientific facts with day to day activities of students and explanation of scientific discoveries using models will help students to generate interests in science. Although encouraging student to think how to implement their imagination in reality will also encourage them to have interest in science.
I agree, Ratnesh. I think students need as many opportunities to experience authentic examples of science (as well as other curriculum) to best understand it!
This is a good question to pursue, Kiran! I really hope other teachers are as concerned as you are about this topic.
